In honour of the Captain Tom 100, LAMH are taking on a challenge to get 100 people to join us in our DOOK 100!
Over the weekend of Friday 30th April – Monday 3rd May we 27 people took the plunge for mental health and joined us in raising awareness, and vital funds.
Wild Swimming (or just a dunk!) is proven to make a huge impact to your own mental health and is medically proven to reduce stress hormones, and increase happiness hormones!
