At the beginning of 2021 we decided we all needed a little bit of a challenge, and some motivation. So we brought to our supporters and service users our Best Foot Forward Project.

We want to make sure we are doing our absolute best for our Mental Health. So if you want to get involved:

We ran fitness classes, mindfulness classes, took on group walking challenges and one of our staff even took on a Vegetarian, alcohol free, 100k running January!
Overall raising £729 – well done to everyone involved!
