Hamilton Housing
Hamilton Housing Support Service provides 24 hour support to people who require a high level of support to manage their mental health and maintain independent living.
Veteran Support
We work in partnership to support Veterans with Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire Social Care Partnership and Scottish Association for Mental Health to provide this service.
